Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use vibeincidents.com or subscribe to our weekly digest. VibeIncidents is operated by VibeIncidents, 9200 NW 39th Ave, Ste 130-3177, Gainesville, FL 32606, USA ("we" or "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. Questions: support@vibeincidents.com.
1. What the site is
VibeIncidents publishes reporting and analysis about security and reliability incidents in AI-built software, short news items, and a tracker of AI coding plan prices and limits. It is editorial content, not professional security, legal or financial advice. The "how to check your app" sections are general checks, not an audit of your app.
2. Accuracy and corrections
We source every claim and try to be accurate and fair, but incidents develop, vendors fix things and prices change. Check the linked sources and vendor pages before you rely on anything. If you find an error, see our corrections and right-of-reply process.
3. Related company
VibeIncidents and LockedVibe (lockedvibe.com), which sells security scans for AI-built apps, have the same owner. Incident pages end with a link to LockedVibe. See our disclosure.
4. Using our content
You may quote and link to our pages with attribution. Do not republish whole pages or present our work as yours. Names and trademarks of the companies we cover belong to them.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attack, overload or scrape the site in a way that harms it, and do not abuse the newsletter signup.
6. External links
We link to research, vendor pages and news so you can check our sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the site's content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Florida. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can bring claims in your local courts.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here is the current one, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
